Alino Living Employment EVENING PROGRAM – CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)

This subsidised training* opportunity, delivered onsite at Killarney Court, Killarney Vale, prepares aspiring care support workers to meet the growing demand for entry-level aged care staff.

Our comprehensive training program includes both classroom learning at Killarney Court and hands-on work placements at Alino Living facilities. This combination ensures students gain practical experience, preparing them to deliver high-quality care as part of the Alino Living team. The program incorporates Alino Living’s policies and procedures, setting the stage for a smooth transition from training to the workplace.

Throughout the training, students will learn how to:

• Meet the personal support needs of older adults.
• Promote independence and well-being.
• Apply safe practices in direct care work.
