Transform your career with our CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) Employment Program delivered in partnership with ET Australia and The Salvation Army Aged Care.

We are pleased to offer a fee-free* aged care training program delivered onsite at Woodport Aged Care Centre, Erina.

Students will experience hands-on training in a real work environment at a picturesque 138-bed aged care centre, whilst working towards achievement of the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification.

Achievement of the qualification prepares students for a rewarding career as a Care Service Employee (CSE) with The Salvation Army Aged Care. There will be employment opportunities for stand-out students during the program for potential recruitment by The Salvation Army Aged Care, offering diverse career paths and professional development. Those who are successful in securing employment will have access to career diversity, generous salary packaging, and flexible working arrangements with The Salvation Army Aged Care.

The program offers blended classroom-based learning with at least 120 hours of work placement. Students will gain real-world experience as they get to know the residents and staff and familiarise themselves with The Salvation Army Aged Care policies and procedures. Students can make an informed choice about their career.
