Onsite Training at Peninsula Villages, Umina Beach
Training takes place onsite at Peninsula Villages in Umina Beach, providing hands-on learning in a real work environment. This unique opportunity equips students with the skills and experience needed to launch a fulfilling career as a Personal Care Assistant with Peninsula Villages.

  • On-the-job training in aged care, tailored to Peninsula Villages’ practices.
  • Employment opportunities for standout participants, aligned with Peninsula Villages’ current and emerging workforce requirements.
  • Structured learning and placement, combining classroom-based training with at least 120 hours of work placement onsite at Peninsula Villages.

What You’ll Learn
Enrolled students will complete the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), gaining essential skills such as:

  • Supporting the personal care needs and independence of the residents.
  • Ensuring safe working practices for direct care roles.
  • Delivering care with compassion and professionalism.
  • Understanding and integrating Peninsula Villages’ workplace policies and procedures.
