An Adult Training College and Independent Years 7 to 12 Secondary College providing students with the skills to be successful in employment and/or further studies along with delivering customised training and free recruitment services to businesses.

Employment and Training Australia Ltd (ET Australia) is a community based not for profit organisation operating on the NSW Central Coast since 1977. Consisting of a Training College (RTO ID 90084) and Independent Years 7 to 12 Secondary College, the focus is on providing students with the skills to be successful in employment and/or further study. We provide customised training and free recruitment services to businesses with a focus on aged care, disability care and business.

When you come to ET Australia to learn, we don’t just treat you like another number. We want to know your aspirations so we can ensure we place you in the right Training College program or align your Secondary College pathway plan to help you to achieve your goals. ET Australia’s industry experienced trainers, teachers and teachers' assistants will work closely with you to support your learning, so you are ready for employment or further study.

Your contribution can be the turning point in a student's life.

A scholarship is money set aside assisting to pay a student’s Training Program or Secondary College fees. Scholarships are available to all students of ET Australia who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Can demonstrate financial hardship
  • Enthusiasm for in class work
  • Consistent attendance
  • A willingness to learn combined with a drive to achieve

By giving to the ET Australia Scholarship fund, you are:

  • Removing the financial barrier for students to access education
  • Allowing a student to engage with education
  • Helping families put their child’s education first
  • Assisting a student in finding their career path
