OVERVIEW
ET Australia and Trilogy Disability Services have joined forces to deliver an immersive pre-employment program to prepare individuals for work as a disability support worker. No experience needed!
Over two weeks, students will complete three units of competency from the nationally recognised CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support qualification through a combination of classroom learning, hands-on training and work placement.
Upon completion of the program, all students will receive a Certificate of Attainment and will have the opportunity to apply for employment with Trilogy. Successful applicants will continue their studies via a traineeship to complete the Certificate III in Individual Support while working with Trilogy.
