(Except for first aid training which is 9.00am to 4.00pm and during on the job training and work placement)

Venue: Young Parents Hub, 2A Amy Close, Wyong

Note: The program hours are Centrelink approved and are considered to be full-time over the period.

Venue: Aurrum Aged Care, 351 Terrigal Drive, Erina

OVERVIEW

ET Australia Training College has partnered with Aurrum Aged Care to deliver an employment program to assist with the recruitment of entry-level care support staff roles at their local facilities. Students will complete CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) classroom training and work placement on-site at Aurrum’s facility in Erina, where they will learn how to follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to the elderly, build relationships and practice professionalism.

Aurrum Aged Care will make offers of employment to the students who display the skills and qualities they are looking for in a Carer.
