We’re excited to offer our Evening Aged Care Employment Program in partnership with Adventist Senior Living.

This subsidised training opportunity prepares aspiring care support workers to meet the growing demand for skilled aged care staff while gaining real-world industry experience in a supportive environment.

Adventist Senior Living is committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Through this partnership, students will have the opportunity to learn within a professional aged care setting while developing the skills and confidence needed for the industry.

Our comprehensive training program combines classroom learning with practical work placement experience, helping students build hands-on skills and industry knowledge throughout the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

Throughout the program, students will learn how to:

• Meet the personal support needs of older adults
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Apply safe practices in direct care work
• Communicate effectively within a care environment

This program provides an opportunity to build a meaningful and rewarding career in aged care while gaining valuable workplace experience along the way.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government, with fee-free places available for eligible participants. As places are limited, fee-free training is not guaranteed.
